Refund Policy
This policy applies to training services booked with Nodeworkcore Ltd, including workshops, clinics, and labs. It does not cover third-party products such as charting platform subscriptions.
1. Workshop deposits and full payment
Workshop bookings require a £150 deposit (Flip Mastery Workshop) or £60 deposit (Retest Pattern Lab). The remaining balance is due 14 days before the session date.
2. Cancellation by you
- More than 30 days before the session: Full refund of deposit and any balance paid.
- 15–30 days before: Deposit is non-refundable. Any balance paid beyond the deposit is refunded in full.
- Less than 15 days before: No refund. You may transfer your place to another person at no charge by notifying us at least 48 hours before the session.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule to a later available date once, free of charge, if you notify us at least 15 days before your original session. Rescheduling within 15 days is treated as a cancellation under section 2.
4. Chart Review Clinics
Clinics are paid in full at booking. Cancellation more than 48 hours before your scheduled slot receives a full refund. Cancellation within 48 hours receives no refund, but you may reschedule once to a date within 60 days.
5. Zone Drawing Foundations
Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the session. No refund within 7 days, but you may transfer your place to another person.
6. No-shows
If you do not attend a confirmed session without prior notice, no refund is issued and the full fee is forfeited.
7. Cancellation by us
If we cancel a session due to instructor illness, insufficient enrolment, or venue unavailability, you receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available date. We will notify you as early as possible.
8. Work already started
For Chart Review Clinics, if you submit chart materials and we have begun preparation more than 48 hours before a cancellation, we may retain 50% of the clinic fee to cover preparation time. This applies only if you cancel within 48 hours of your slot after submitting materials.
9. Printed materials
Workbooks printed for a specific workshop are non-refundable once produced. If you cancel before materials are printed (typically 7 days before the session), no material charge applies.
10. Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take an additional 3–5 working days to appear in your account.
11. Corporate and group bookings
Custom terms for corporate training are outlined in the individual quote and booking agreement. Where no specific terms are stated, this policy applies.
